WOOD FLOOR CLEANING

Odor free procedure-recommended yearly to avoid the more invasive barrel sanding.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

We will inspect the original finish to see if it has been worn to the bare wood. These areas are typically in front of the sink, stove and refrigerator.

If the finish is gone in these areas, we would recommend barrel sanding and finishing.

Step 2: Vacuuming

Removal of all dry soil.

Step 3: Deep Cleaning

We will use a process with equipment and chemicals to remove all of the remaining spots and soil.

Step 4: Finish

We apply  two coats of Satin or Semi-Gloss, water-borne polyurethane that you can walk on with socks within one hour of final application.
